Change of the logistic distribution model and visualization
Initial situation
Growing company with no control over its distribution network and little knowledge about the location of its suppliers and its warehouses.
Our performance
Taking advantage of Checktrans insights, we decided to change the former model (watehouse to final consumer) to the one based on local-level distribution.
At the same time, the location of the different suppliers was visualized in order to optimize the location of their main warehouse, thus reducing their cost.

Savings greater than 40% and improvement of 15% in delivery times and incidents
