Company of the pharmaceutical sector that worked with two suppliers historically known in the company, required an update of rates and services.
Our performance
Based on an internal benchmarking, it was decided to launch the tender for urgent national transportation services through RFP.
Both current and other external candidates were invited to participate.
Results
A third operator was introduced for the most recurrent services, achieving savings of more than 10%
