Company located in the center of Europe with high distribution to neighboring countries and goal of optimizing its logistics both at the cost level and at the operational level.

With the consensus and involvement from the general management to all the departments involved (financial, logistics, purchasing …) it was proposed the transfer of the logistics warehouse to the main destination country of merchandise thus converting International shipments to Domestic which produced a direct improvement by the change in the typology of the service.
